Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being sent back

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Opened earphones or headphones due to hygiene reasons (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our email.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo(s). We will resolve the issue promptly.
